The Bootcamp and Outdoor Group Fitness Course is registered and accredited with the American Council on Exercise (ACE), the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), REPS New Zealand (REPS NZ) and Fitness Australia. The course has been specially designed to qualify fitness professionals, or those wanting employment, in the discipline of bootcamps and outdoor fitness. You will be taught by an independent team with extensive military and fitness backgrounds.

This course is recommended for Personal Trainers and Fitness Professionals wishing to undertake outdoor group fitness or fitness Bootcamp classes. You learn how to run your own bootcamp or outdoor fitness classes. We will teach you how to do it safely, successfully, and professionally. We will give you a bunch of ideas to take home with you. Check out the course outlines for further detail.

When you sign up, you’ll set up a username and password. From there it is a matter of going to the course area and following the lesson order. You’ll be able to track your progress as you complete the lessons and assessments.

There are no prerequisites to train with us.

If you are registered with Fitness Australia’s you will need to be aware of their Scope of Practice guidelines and requirements for attaining CECs for this program.

– A Certificate IV in Personal Training is the minimum requirement for independently running/leading outdoor programs.

– A Certificate III Group Fitness Instructor can still complete the course and be awarded CECs as long as they intend to work within / and comply with Fitness Australia’s assessment of Scope of Practice (for example supporting / assisting and under supervision of a Certificate IV qualified PT for outdoor programs or leading group freestyle fitness classes in an indoor environment).
