MTT may require information from you in order to provide the best service possible. All correspondence may also be collected and stored, particularly in regard to sales, support and accounts, including Email. Any information collected by MTT is collected via correspondence from you or your company. This may be via the telephone, Email, mail, fax or directly through our website.

Any details collected are required in order to provide you with our products and/or services, and a high level of customer service. Correspondence is recorded in order to provide service references, and to assist in our staff development.

When Credit Card details are collected, we simply pass them on in order to be processed as required. We never permanently store complete Credit Card details. After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from PayPal and MTT containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering, and provide access via email within 2 working days (normally instant access). Refund & Returns Policy
Due to the volume of intellectual property available to members, sign-up is for a minimum 12 month period. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us via the contact us page if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems. We will review the amount of information you have downloaded during your membership when considering your request.
After ordering online, you will receive instant access using the username and password used in registration. As it is instant and all material is visible, there is no entitlement to refund or return. Records are kept regarding the activity on our sites.
If you are having issues accessing the material please check your junk mail and contact us asap if the issue remains.
Face to Face Courses
A minimum of 10 business days prior with written notice is required to withdraw from a face to face course. A refund or credit minus an administration fee of $50.00 will be processed. Withdrawal from a course with less than 10 days written notice will result in a 50%-100% cancellation fee.
Once a MTT Course has commenced, no refund or credit is possible.
MTT reserves the right to:
Cancel or postpone a MTT course up to 5 business days prior to the commencement of that MTT Course. Where a MTT Course is cancelled by MTT, I will be offered the choice of refund or credit (not inclusive of any non-course fees you may have paid including, but not limited to, airfares and accommodation).
Refuse my entry or continuation to a MTT course if MTT’s Representatives have deemed (at their sole discretion) me not to be medically or physically fit to participate. However, MTT is not able to provide advice concerning medical fitness to undertake any exercise or activity and that it is my responsibility to seek medical advice in this regard.
